Progressive exercise $ 13.0 \; L $ $ 10 \; M $ hydrochloric acid are mixed with $7,0\;L $ $5,0\; M$ hydrochloric acid . What is the $ \frac{g}{L} $ concentration of the mixture? Calculation: Mixture: First we calculate .......... the total number of acid moles:
$n_{so}=13\cdot 10+7\cdot 5=165\; mol $ To continue we need ..........the total mass of the acid:
$m_{so}=165\cdot 36,5= 6022,5 \;g$ and also ..........the total volume of the mixture: $V_S=13,0+7,0=20,0\;L$ Hence the answer: ..........
$c_{so}=\frac{6022,5}{20,0}$ = $301,25\;\frac{g}{L}$
